— About us

Prochesta Group is an endeavour of some enthusiastic people (mainly youths)who are dedicated in bringing welfare of the entire society irrespective of class, caste, ethics, creed and age. It has been serving the society at large from its inception. It has touched almost every field of life with rationality, dedication and empathy. To uninterrupted the education of poor and marginal pupils. “Prochesta” has initiated its educational enterprise “GRANTHA YATRA” through this programme the group has almost distributed books and educational kinds to almost 1000 pupils of this ensuing area. The group has also distributed a lot of Garments for the poor of the poorer section of the society as it thinks that “CLOTHS” one of the basic needs of the people. We know that a friend in need is a friend in deed. This group becomes more active when disaster comes. Climatic disaster, Social disaster or epidemic disaster or pandemic – whatever it may be the group tries its level best to help the people. The group wants to help the people in their need all time. This motto wills survive so long the group exists.

— Education

We all know education only can bring change in society and civilization. Education has been our prime objective our area is one of the backward religious in West Bengal. Of late mard development but it is not enough to change the situation overnight. The people here toil hard to meet both ends. Education to some families is still an extravagant thinking. The boys of such families stared schooling but become “dropouts” because of financial obligation. So to help the poor pupils we distribute books and educational kinds through our limited funds. We select the students relying on sources of schools villages and “PARAs” We are very pleased to help them as they all have been studding till date. Our “GRANTHA YATRA” project will be one of the most effective ways to help poor and meritorious people – this is our dream. In coming years we want to stretch our helping hands to more students.

— Empowerment

Unemployment is a burning problem in our country. We are the largest young population in the world. If we do not ensure livelihood for them they will be depressed and may take evil path. Therefore we, with our limited capabilities are trying to make them able for earning. We have launched “Prochesta “incense stick. The incense stick has been highly praised in the market. Therefore almost 40 youths and old persons have become able to earn something sitting at home. Few representatives also go to market for sell. In this way we are trying to make them self – sufficient and self-reliant. We have also many targets, we want to market, paper container and plates from ‘SAL’ or many other leaves; so that eco- friendly and easily disposable materials can be used . We are going to take this part seriously and we want to form step by step.

— Special Support

Problem differs from man to man. We want to face all the problems with rationality, empathy and dedicated help. We keep a strict vigil in neighbouring areas to ensure every person is living without difficulties. If we find some persons do not have rice, we provide them; If we find some persons are lacking cloths, we are try to solve problem by providing them by cloths. Many people of scheduled tribes, scheduled castes and other backward classes along with ‘Lodha’ and ‘Sabar’ people live in our area in plenty. We know that Government has done enough for them but despite the Governmental help we help them in their needs. We treat them as our brothers, mothers, sisters and fathers and we try to help them with our level best effort.

— Disaster Management

We are inspired with a motto that people should stand and co operates with their fellow people need help in time of crisis or disaster. We all know pandemic Covid -19 has shattered the entire world. We are still fighting to curb it down. Central and state Government have taken steps but remote villagers do not know what Covid-19 means to them. We have made them understand what the disease is. We have used projectors to the people who do not know how to read. We have got great response. They are making lockdown more successful than metropolitan cities We have distributed people hand –rubs with 70% alcohol. We have distributed homemade mask to them. Through making we have made people aware about the disease. Our Volunteers have delivered vegetables, medicines and other essential commodities in the elderly person. We have distributed essential needs like (Rice, pulse, oil, soaps etc) to the families. We have made a kitchen to serve food to the street beggars and dogs and persons who do not have provisions. We have sworn that we will be with people in time of their need.

— Media

Print media as well as social media have recognised our works. They have tone as the fourth pillars of the democracy. We hope they will stretch their helping hands always despite our main objectives. We sometime join hands in many works like –‘Tharmocol ban’ programme, Plastic Ban programme etc and media always help us.

EDUCATION OUR MISSION, SUCCESS OUR VISION

We the group of youths are trying to develop the illiterate, poverty-stricken, backward mass of Jangalmahal mainly of Jhargram District making them aware in the fields of education, Health and environment .we all belongs to the age group between 20 and 40 .Our main motive is to make ourselves self employed first and then make others self dependent through proper education

Prochesta Group Is One Of The Most Famous Educational Institutions Of Rural Belt Which is Situated at Rajpara Village ,Post Office –Ergoda,District -Jhargram, West Bengal ,Pin -721505.This Institute Was Established On 5th March In The Year Of 2015.
